There is a one-time installation and setup fee which varies significantly depending upon individual requirements. Once established, we charge 5% of your monthly gross transaction volume in $25 increments with a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $500 per month.

 

 

Addition of new services or additional customization are not included in the monthly fee. At our sole discretion we do provide minor modifications or enhancements; if we determine a change will require significant effort, we will provide a quote to implement the change or enhancement.

 

 

It depends on the scope of your online requirements; normally we can have you up and running within 2 to 6 weeks. Custom programming and/or integration with existing websites can take slightly longer - again depending on the scope of the overall implementation.

 

 

In most cases the answer is yes – although we need to examine your current system before we commit to anything. As with most programming tasks, all things are possible: it is just a question of time and money. However, if we feel the costs outweigh the benefits we will tell you so.

 

 

Any online payment processor that provides an API can be integrated into our system. We have worked with PayPal, Authorize.net, PaySimple and others. BTCG is familiar with PCI compliance, and we work with your organization to ensure the security of cardholder data.

 

 

Yes; although originally developed to support product sales via standalone websites we have the ability to customize the solution to provide tracking of online sales via multiple channels. Other functionality may be limited depending upon the API's available for the specific online venue being used.
